Welcome to the website of the Brighthelmstone Lodge No. 8042

Brighthelmstone Lodge 8042 a daughter Lodge to the Regency Lodge 6349, having been consecrated at the Sussex Masonic Temple in Brighton on Friday 10th December 1965 by the Rt.W. the Provincial Grand Master Rt.W.Bro. Arthur Jolly assisted by 26 Consecrating Officers, 18 of the 19 founder members and 141 Visitors. The Brighthelmstone Lodge adopted the crest shown above which was designed by the first Master W. Bro. Tom Bastock. The crest incorporates the dolphins from the Brighton coat of arms and the head of the Prince Regent, as used by our Mother Lodge.

Today the Brighthelmstone Lodge is a modern, forward looking and progressive Lodge comprising a varied membership of brethren who still meet at the Sussex Masonic Temple on the 1st Friday in February, the 2nd Friday's in April, June, September & December and the 3rd Friday in May.
