The Brighthelmstone Lodge of Instruction holds an annual festival meeting for all its members and guests where the officers of the lodge have the opportunity to take the next immediate position which they will occupy in the following year.

The lodge of instruction festival meeting is followed by a festive board for the members, their guests and ladies.
