Both Clare and Myself will be delighted if you can attend the evening and most honoured to see as many of you and your guests as possible. We fully appreciate your utmost support with this event in order to assist us in making a most successful, enjoyable and memorable evening.

We will also be supporting our chosen charity for the last time this year which is the National Coast Watch Institution. This will be the last opportunity of Clare and Lee's year to boost the fantastic amount you have already helped to raise for this Registered Charity Organization and which is run entirely by Volunteers. Clare and myself would really appreciate your support but would request that you complete and your booking forms with payment as soon as possible in order that final numbers can be confirmed with the Hotel and also to avoid any last minute panics.

Your expedience in returning both payment and confirmed numbers will greatly assist all those persons who have kindly agreed to help us out. This will give the organizers and planners plenty of time in order to complete the vast number of complicated arrangements and tasks that need to be done. We thank you for your assistance with this very important and specific request and your understanding and co operation will be very much appreciated.
